Place very clean and confortable even if the rooms are pretty small (single room). The hotel is really well placed. Two great points : shower and breakfast. One bad point : the TV in the common area. Just ask for a room far from the entrance and your stay will be perfect.

There is huge gap between the expensive and cheap guesthouses in Penang when it comes to cleanness, comfortability, and the most basic of commodities. Rooms are very clean and we had our own shower and shared toilet. Breakfast is included (toast, jam, butter, fresh fruits and every day some other special asian food like noodles...). When we emailed in early September, we asked for a double ensuite with aircon and window. You get what you pay for. Nothing more, nothing less. Rooms are good, not very clean, big common area, always crowded, 3 breakfast mugs, so you obviously have to take turns, or take your own mug!
