Stayed 2 nights here, everything was very basic... Chalet style, floor was sandy, good for family of 3-4 as there was a queen bed and a single bed... Receptionist attitude not too good... Breakfast buffet was very basic at 10.50rm. 5 mins walk to beach.

Nipah bay villa provides good simple accommodation in what is a very low key resort. Clean simply furnished chalets with all the facilities you would want such as air-con and an in room fridge. Had a great stay here! There are rooms for every budget, the staff is very friendly and speaks good english. There's Wifi in the lobby and location is good! Stay here!!

This is a place to get a room for an inexpensive price. But that's all it is. Unless you're a young backpacker doing whatever you can to stretch your budget, you will not enjoy this place. Room was ok, no daily housekeeping for the chalet. Bed is too hard for my liking... and consider that I prefer hard bed, but their is way too hard like sleeping on the floor.
