Stayed in the garden deluxed room for 2 nights. The rooms are great, no complains. The Hotel is about 30 mins from Lumut town, secluded from the hustle bustle of a city. I have been to this place four times in 3 years. Why? I find it very relaxing and peaceful. Very secluded. The staff are very friendly. There is always a friendly greeting with a smile whenever you come face to face with one of them. My getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. more

This hotel is located in a perfect location. Excellent customer service skills, food and accomodation. Highly recommended. Beautiful surroundings, very peaceful and lots of activities to do. For me, it's such a waste. Why? The rates of course. It is totally not worth it. The scenery? Nothing. The beach? Better go to PD. It is very isolated place. We thought this will be a great property with its sheer size and close to ocean with a golf course... but we were dissappointed with the food and service. Service was not that great as it should have been, rooms were not clean and lack some basic facilities. Their samsara spa was good and i enjoyed it. Would not recommend... more

Generally, my recent stay on 5th-7th june 2009 was a ok and it is my second trip to your resort. My first nite at the swiss court was not so pleasant as my children was bored by the environment around the apmt even there was a swimming pool ( minus the breakfast) plus the flies.They complained it was absolute dull... more
