Located at the most happening place (in Seremban), the hotel is surrounded by shops and AEON shopping complex. Searching for the venue can be rather challenging as it is at the outskirt of the mall location. Checking in are rather fast but conservative as they even hand over the remote control to you at the reception. For a newly open... More

Got a room with a very noisy fuse box. Called reception and lodged a complaint about it as soon as i checked in. Two hours passed, no body came. Called reception again.. Another hour just passed.. still no body came. How am i going to sleep with the annoying noise bugging me? Otherwise it could have been a good first... More

Better management could greatly lift this hotel. Booking by phone was easy - forget the website which is problematic and emails just bounced back. Sutera is ok for a short stop which is what most people are doing in Seremban. We stayed due to the overpriced Royale Bintang being booked out (it often is when events are on, being the... More

The Sutera Hotel is quite a good hotel, especially compared to some of the other places in Seremban. It's a clean, modern building with a comfortable room. There's even a swimming pool. You'll need a car to get to the downtown areas, but the Seremban 2 areas are closer. Also, this hotel is a relatively short, convenient ride to the... More

Stayed here only for one night to visit some local relatives and first impression is that wow, the hotel has a basement carpark but after parking, realized that there's no guard or attendant so it's almost like parking along the streets. The lift brought us to ground floor where the reception is and check in was a breeze, probably because... More

We stayed in November 2012. When we first arrived, we were struggling with some luggages, trying to lug them up the stairs in front of the lobby, but there was no bellman in sight. There were like 6 or 7 staffs standing right at the reception counter, chatting away, and looking at us blankly, no one offered to help. Not... More

First of all, if you like fleas in your bed. I would highly recommand this hotel. The bathroom smells like a sewer mixed with chlorine and some old ladies underwear. Breakfast, I refuse to call it breakfast. (some overcooked sausages and noodles from last week) The lights and walls inside have a strong ressemblance with a hospital (not a clean... More

New hotel, room set up comfortable with new fittings, great location near Jusco hypermart, sufficient parking. Areas of improvement: food quality of cafe (the bfast leaves a lot to be desired), thick walls but thin doors!

New hotel in the town, tagged as 3 stars boutique hotel. clean enough with nice exterior and modern lobby. Wifi supposed to be available throughout the hotel but found out it limited around lobby and cafe only. Ideally located close to big hypermarket and quite surrounding. The room was clean equipped with basic furniture, wall mounted lcd tv and in... More

Decent room with basic amenities - but no hair dryer. Room was clean and small. The bed & pillow was not too comfortable - I can feel the spring on the bed, and the pillow was a tad hard. As the place is not carpeted, can hear people walking/opening&closing doors outside the room. Parking is available inside the building though... More
