I stayed at the "hotel" for one night in January 2013. I stayed on the second floor. As one of the other reviewers has mentioned the place is run-down. I would absolutely agree. The impression you will get when visiting the front desk is pretty much accurate for the rooms. Plaster cracks, peeling, faded paint, unidentified smears on the walls...

The most convenient hotel to the ferry terminal. About 5 minutes by walk . nearby the NIght market and food shop. The room is clean but the services is very bad for me,especially the night shift.huh

Room's are big but stuffy and smelly. towel's are so thin u might tear it while wiping your self. surroundings are noisy due to construction works much more better hotels around.
What can I say? The place is a dump, but it's a short walk to the ferry terminal if you want to catch the first boat to Brunei the next morning.
