1) The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. 2) Hotel room is very clean. The bed is very comfortable and they clean the room every day. 3) Location is good. 4) Wifi is available. 5) Air-con is cold enough. Will recommend friends to stay here.

First of all, hotel staff is friendly. Rooms are clean & nice. Very beautiful at night. Hotel doesn't provide breakfast. Wifi is easily available at rooms. Staff changes the new towels, soap daily. thanks to efficient staff & warm people of langkawi..we loved our stay at casafina & enjoyed every moment of it..WIFI is fast & reasonable TV channels..AC was not so effective, being sheet roof, felt inconvenience during hot day times..but not that much..we loved the way they maintain this chalets & cheers to staff

good location , but our room no windoor , so even on the a/c also feel very very hot. toilat also no windoor , no fan ,also can hear the voice from beside room. we ask them repair the toilat fan , but no1 come to us.
