The worst hotel ,most all the infomation and the equitments in Chinese ,and the room small the window unsecure exspecially for the family with small kids.Not recommended,for those with the small kids.Could understand which is syampoo or conditioning because of the laungage ,the tv channel not clear and blur.

stay there on our trip to langkawi....room quite small but it is was clean...bed is superb..bathroom with big shower make you want to take bath every time you enter in it....grocery store and restaurant only walking distance..and breastfast was ok too...when you are in langkawi,room are just for sleeping..so it is worth you money..

Booked for family room with such a disappointing cause there is no LIFT and I have to take the stairs and climb up to 4th FLOOR .....Ridiculous ! There is a Thai Restaurant just beside the hotel, food is delicious however the price is slightly high. About 15-20 minutes walk to Langkawi Haji Ismail shop lot nearby Bayview Hotel.
