It's simple with basic and small rooms - an average budget hotel. You can find similar hotels in the same area for 20-30% less. Quote good location in Cenang - it's 5 minutes to the beach. The family rooms were horribly maintained. Stained toilets, full of mosquitos, did not do daily room cleaning. Never again!!

-location is the highest point. Just in front of undrwaterworld. Shops n stalls very close nearby. -room was acceptable clean -i stayed at quad room n spacious enough to fit d whole family -staff were ok but still hv more room of improvement. -weak point : can't get tv channel n wifi.
