“Faulty Air-Conditioning”

Stayed 2 nights in the tower block in 2 different rooms. In both rooms, the air-conditioners did not lower the room temperature and I had trouble sleeping. I probably will not stay here again if there's no further improvement.

“Excellent Location But Service Needs Improvement”

POSITIVES 1. Quiet 2. Nice golf course location 3. Large pool NEGATIVES 1. Toilet not very clean. 2. Gym equipment poorly maintained. 3. Backyard of our chalet strewn with rubbish 4. Poor quality breafast with very dilute coffee served with powdered milk
