“so far out of city centre”

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. It took us 30 mins to get there by taxi from the big bus station in the city centre. The room was ok, but the toilet didn't flush and the sheets were stained. The receptionist couldn't speak very much english and the wireless only worked in the lobby.

“Very clean with good facilities for the price”

This hotel is priced like a hostel, so provides good value for money - very clean rooms with tv, ensuite and aircon. Towels and soap are provided, although it did fall below expectations on the internet - nearby McDonalds had to provide the fall back as it went off more than it was on. My stuff has been stolen directly from the room on 26.01.2009 after I locked the door and left my key to the receptionist while going off to a shop. Receptionist did not allow me to contact the manager and discuss the issue. I tried to make a complain and leave the hotel, though they did not want to refund my... More

just spent , three nights in the okid hotel , did not realise how far out of johor it was , but taxi were easily ordered by the desk , very basic hotel , o.k if you plan on spending all your time out of the hotel , took a trip to singapore by train , o.k if you like... More
