A fat Malay woman receptionist with a spectacles is unfriendly, elegant, gossip and spread our rumours to someone, the renovation of the hotel is noisy and the lift is dirty with equipments/materials/sands and etc, the bathroom is alway wet (not dry up tidely) and slippery, you could not open the windows because outside is smoky, stinky, smelly (Stalls selling Malay... The Gateway is located in the mall near the train station. We stayed in a double room, which was cheap and not to special. Rooms are small, but have TV, AC and a bathroom with hot water, towels and soap. There is no breakfast or restaurant in the hotel, but a lot around the hotel in the mall or in... More
