The hotel was clean, except for the electric kettle which was quite dirty. When we called for service, we had to wait for about 20 minutes or so. Probably a hotel for the business traveller. Not much frills in this hotel, no luxury. Very average. Clean rooms, fair food, well priced, good location. Don't expect great customer service or facilities.
