I was stay in this hotel for 2 days. I stay at level 3. The wifi is terrible and when shower, toilet is without hot water. Complain also useless. Management never take action of those 2 issues that I described. Hope this hotel will take action of these 2 issues for more improvement.

I was stay here for quite a while. This hotel is nice. Location good, walk out is much of fnb around this hotel. Especially I want highly comment En Fizi and Ms Ina , they are friendly and responsible. I believe that they will make this hotel more improve, keep going on . Hope to see both of you soon

The only problem with this hotel is the carpark. The hotel management did booked few carparks but I believe not enough for its guests. You see the carparks are public carparks. Stayed 1 night, booked designer room online for RM128. Room was clean and cosy. I enjoyed my stay. The location was awesome with loads of eateries, cafes and restaurants, it is a 10 minutes walk to Sutera Mall and not far from Bukit Indah shopping mall as well. I would recommend to stay there!
