It is value for money, however the hotel can be better with more security enhanced at the parking area of north wing. Despite that, the room service and daily clean up is quick, good and acceptable.

The photos shown on any booking websites on the hotel are total misrepresentation. The nice photos probably showing what you'll get at the South Wing building. My room was at the North Wing, which I believe it used to be their older hotel. The room is spacious, but it's dirty and old. You can even see water-marks on the ceiling.... More

For the price that I pay, I wouldn't have expected an awful lot more than what Suria already offers. Rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet and everything works. They provided variety of foods for breakfast. Staffs gave good service during we stay there and we hope we can go there again.
