I spend 2 weeks here, on a project that was in the western desert. Service was quick; every time I called the front desk (e.g., laundry pick up) the response was immediate. Even room service was quicker than I'm used to. Also got free pick up and drop off at KWI airport, but I don't think they advertise that service.... More

The hotel service is great however in certain areas such as the all day dinning more employees I think they are required. The rooms are attractive and in the shower you feel like dancing due to the size :) The main reason for our stay in that hotel was the location since its half an hour drive to our project.

I stayed at this resort for six weeks. The beds are very good, the rooms clean enough, however the quality of the front desk and mangement is very poor. It is just to much to write down here.
