All the Serena lodges we stayed at were wonderful, this one stands out as the rooms were particularly good, the food excellent and the bar areas comfortable. We saw lots of animals including lions, elephants, hippos and a cheetah. Fabulous views of Mount Kilimanjaro. more

This is a very "average" lodge with very "above average" prices. It's part of the big Serena chain owned by the Aga Khan. Amboseli is turning into a desert with very little game left this year so if you really want to see animals go to the Maasai Mara or into Tanzania.
