This is a very nice business hotel in Kochi. I found the location extremely convenient, as it is not very far from the station, and within walking distance of the castle. Shopping streets are nearby. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Comfortable hotel with pretty big rooms by Japanese standards, well-equipped (iron press for trousers, etc.), nice bathroom. Within walkable distance from most attractions (not that there are too many in the city). For breakfast you choose one of two outside restaurants; I went for the Japanese one, with a variety of local cuisine. Quite hearty. Ugly view from the window.

Very nice to stay. Only weakness is off site parking.

The only thing I would fault them on was breakfast. This was not a buffet but a two option western or Japaneze. The later I suspect was good but the former was basic. Free refills of coffee didn't flow unless you made a concerted effort. As for free toast, that would have been good but I didn't push my luck.... More

We stayed there for 2 days to visit Kochi and the area. Location is very good (entrance in a shopping arcade). Rooms are clean and comfy. A very good place to stay. You should try the common roof-top open-air bath (men only I guess): this is ideal to relax after a long visit day.

Everything looked brand new. The room isn't that big, but there is a big bed (for a single traveler). Fridge to use as you like, pants press, dressing gown, hair dryer etc...Fast, free LAN connection. Excellent location in the middle of downtown, but not noisy at all. Paid 5,500 yen via Rakuten Travel. Very good deal in my book.
