This hotel is good value for money. It is clean, comfortable and across the road from the main retail district (much of which is undercover). Our room had an unexpected remote-controlled massage chair which was a very welcome bonus!

We struggled to find affordable accommodation in Takamatsu and eventually settled for the Tokyu Inn. It isn't exactly modern and is in dire need of a lick of paint and some updates.
