Visit Okinawa 2006 and stayed at hotell Washington Naha, It was a nice hotel and also nice prize in a quiet and peaceful area. Close to city center only 6 block to walk, recommended!

We needed a one night stay in Naha to see Shurijo (castle) and shopping Kokusai dori, while being convenient to the airport. We booked a room with a double bed. Typical for Japanese hotel rooms in this price range, it was not large or luxurious. But, it was not too cramped, either. A very efficient layout for bed, desk, closet...

We have spent 8 days in Naha City, Okinawa. We have been to Japan for leisure and to find a Japanese school for foreigners.
The Washington Hotel Okinawa is part of a Japanese hotel chain and is very well located in the old part of the town, near Naha Beach, the harbour and a monorail station which connect the airport...
