This hotel is in a great location ; near the shopping plaza, river, and more. Nice rooms, very clean. The staff is always wonderful and helpful. Free internet access instead of paying by the minute as in some larger hotels. Great place for business or pleasure.

The rooms are fairly western-style, meaning not huge but much larger than what you typically expect to see in Japan, and very comfortable. This hotel was very clean. The style was a little older. The doors has not been updated to key cards, but still used keys. Nonetheless, the hotel was great. We had a wonderful time and I would definitely stay there again. Not to mention, the rooms were more American size then the other Japanese hotels we stayed in.
