Lovely room in great location. I felt very pampered in this hotel and would recommend it as a central location in Kumamoto. Rooms are spacious. There was nothing I disliked about the hotel. We found a great place to eat near the train station called Fontana di Otani in the Hotel nEW OTANI which I highly recommend for Italian food.
