It is very close to hakata station and has clean rooms. Staffs are very mind and smile all the time. Bathroom is the same as typical japanese business hotels but clean.(may be it is renewed recently) I really recommand to stay this hotel for business plus if you are Priority club member, check out time will be 2:00pm. Even if... More

Located very close (3min walk) to central train station (Hakata station) and very good shopping mall (Hakata mall) located in same building. Rooms are spacious (for Japanese standards!). , clean and well equipped with amenities. Check-in staff efficient and helpfull. Good food in hotel restaurant, good selection of wines but high prices, which is not unusual in Japan. Beware no... More

There are very many things I like about Japan but the hotels are not among them (I mean Western style hotels, not ryokan). Japanese hotels are typically drab and overpriced places where you must go to sleep but where you don't want to linger any longer than the strictly necessary. And there are extra-charges for all the things that are... More

Being close to the JR Hakata Station, it was a breeze arriving from the airport. The hotel is 2 stops from the domestic air terminal by metro. There is no metro access in the international terminal so one has to take the free shuttle bus to the domestic terminal first. It was a 3-minute walk from Hakata Station to the... More

We stayed there two nights in early May over the holiday period. The hotel is only 5 minutes from the Hakata station which links both to the bullet trains and airport. There is also a large new shopping center in the station. Our room was pretty decent size and had the expected comforts. It was very clean. Our rate included... More

This Crowne Plaza ia a nice hotel, small rooms, but expected in Japan. Right in the heart of town near food and shopping, right across the street from the train station and a short drive from the airport. Super friendly hotel staff. For the price of the room, disappointed there was no wireless Internet available no where in the hotel.

Rooms are a little small, but reasonably furnished (by no means luxurious though), service is excellent, and it's convenient to Hakata Station. Has free wired internet access in rooms, but no Wifi (at least in rooms).

My family and I spent 2 nights at the ANA Crowne Plaza Hakata March 30th-April 1st. It is located nearby the new Hakata station with TONS of shops and restaurants as well as the new bullet train line. We booked the Club floor so that we could have access to soft drinks, breakfast, and cocktails during cocktail hour. They had... More

as I was travelling alone for business, I took a special offer through their website, it was about 90 USD for a double single use. Room was OK, bathroom typical japanese "unit bath" that means toilet and bath tube are in the same, small room; but if you pay more I know they have better rooms cause they asked me... More
