We were two separate nights here, both times excellent, very friendly reception. Second time we had bigger room for just 1000JPY extra price - if You got an offer, book the bigger room as really the only problem was the limited space on smaller room.

Very helpful staff that speaks English; offered to call Shinkansen ticket office to make arrangements for travel to Hiroshima; when the ticket office was unable to take credit cards via telephone, the front desk agent wrote out a complete letter in Japanese for us to hand to the ticket office @ the station.
