This hotel is close to Hakata Station, so it is very convenient for travel, shopping, food. I stayed on the 14th floor, which is the "ladies floor". The laundry facilities were also on this floor, which made me wonder if men are not allowed to use the laundry.

Very nice hotel, nice lobby, clean (small) rooms, and a great public bath area. Located directly across from Hakata station, with tons of restaurants and shops nearby. I stayed for 9 days on business, slept well, and had a great time every night at the hotel restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay again.
