My family (wife and two small children) enjoyed our stay here. The location was great - attached to a mall with convenience stores, shops, restaurants. Staff was very accomodating. Used the free internet in the lobby often. They also had coin operated laundry facilities - very handy and affordable (although dryers are much smaller and can take a long time...

This fairly new hotel, located right opposite the most scenic corner of Wakayama Castle grounds, is convenient to the downtown area, but is a taxi ride from both the JR and Nankai railway stations.
