The service at kanku hotel is pretty ok. Front staff speaks decent english. The room is clean and it provides basic ammenities. Although not very near to kansai airport, the hotel provides complimentary shuttle service every hour. There is also a jusco supermarket at aeon plaza which is about 7-8mins walk from the hotel.
