Staff very kind. Rooms are quite small. Probably wont stay again. Would prefer to be even closer to station. There were several restaurants. I only tried Ottowa, but I didnt find it very tasty. Buffet selection was few.

The staff went out of their way to ensure that our visit to a local customer was a success. We really apprecaite the staff going above and beyond to help us. In addition to the customer service, the rooms etc... were beyond expectations for a typical "Business Hotel."

I stayed here for one night in the first day I visit Japan.The room is clean,not too big but convenient.Key card security,free wifi,water bath,Tv. etc. The hotel is close to JR Utsunomitya sta. so you can go to Tokyo,Nikko or other city in Japan very easy.

I spend a lot of time in Utsunomiya on business, and this is the best hotel I have found so far. Clean well equiped rooms with good beds. Rooms big enough. Across the road from the station and many restaurants in the area. No issues.
