We had a very good stay. We were there late week - Thurs & Fri nights. Also, it wasn't a Japanese Holiday week. So I felt it wasn't very busy. A previous reviewer was correct - after it gets busy, the smell of cigarretes refuses to clear. Main problem was the price. Am currently in our room on the 15th floor and have found the whole experience very underwhelming.

We were recommended this hotel during a holiday weekend so we were happy just to get a room. This place was huge! And, the cafeteria was ginormous ... with bright florescent lights. The onsen area was also huge. I treated myself to a massage that ended up being a body scrub??? I've given up understanding how things work in Japan.... More
