I just had a one night stay there and found the hotel to be pleasant, about the same as an older Courtyard in the US. spacious rooms and walking distance from omiya train station. it's located in the same building as sonic city, so it's very convenient if you're attending an event here. the reason we booked the hotel was we were attending a concert at nearby saitama arena which was 1 station away.

Staying there for business was good : - room are clean - all needed business facilities - personnel speaking english - very close from that Omiya train station (you can walk from there even with luggage)
