The Yokohama Bay Sheraton is conveniently located next to the main train station in Yokohama. The staff is extremely helpful, and almost everyone I interacted with had some English, which was helpful because I have virtually no Japanese. While the location of the property is excellent (just outside Yokohama Station - can connect you to pretty much any line), the rooms are small, and a non-smoking room means they take the ashtray out. The room smelled like fish the whole time, and the linens felt worn. For the price I would've expected more. more
