The localization of this hotel is very practical at about 3 minutes from Shin Yokohama Station.
You can reach Tokyo/Shinagawa in less than 15 minutes by shinkansen (bullet train) and many cheaper options to Tokyo and Yokohama.

Spent three nights here with my Mom in mid September 2011 and we thought it was worth what he had paid for. The rooms are definitely on the smaller side — for example, you would have to stand sideways to physically fit between the bed and the wall to get to the chairs and table near the window, but other...

We stayed only for 1 night at this hotel during winter time in December. The location 5-10 Min on foot from nearest train station.
The room was small but the facility was quite complete for this level of hotel. There are a heater, conditioner, desk, bath robe, toileteries, water closet with heater.
