This hotel just opened as Hotel Livemax, but rooms do not look new (don't expect brandnew fridge). During our stay, it still looked that it was fitted out (the tumble dryer just arrived with us at reception). Therefore it may look different in the future. Stay was ok, nothing special. Usually small size of a room in a Japanese hotel...
