Exceptional resort and a great starting point to our Hakone Loop. Indoor onsen is very clean and not crowded. One drawback is lack of outdoor onsen. We can see topmost part of Mt. Fuji from 5th level of West Wing. We loved the Deluxe Tatami room and will recommend this to other travelers.
