the only thing good was fantastic location for Disneyland and Disneysea. the actual hotel was very basic, i would rate a 3* at best and due to proximity to Disney is really overpriced. i would say that its fine for somewhere to just stay overnight, but do not have high expectations of the rooms

When you arrive at Maihama Station in the morning they have check-in at the station, so leave your luggage with the delightful English speaking staff, buy the Disneyland ticket and go to Disneyland immediately.
