If you are transiting thru Japan or need a night before or after a flight from Narita then this is you place. It s so cheap for what you get and remember you are in Japan. Ive stayed here a lot and the staff (friendly and with good english)don't seem to change much which is a good start. Its an... More

Stayed at this hotel for a night as it provides free airport shuttle to Narita Airport to catch my flight the next morning (approx. 20 mins drive). This hotel is only 5-min walk away from JR Narita and Keisei Narita stations, with some convenient stores and small local restaurants (including a 24-hour McDonald's!) nearby. Hotel is tired and definitely needs... More

We booked this hotel because we were passing through on our way to Kyoto and it had a free airport shuttle. It was perfect as it wasn't just an airport hotel in the middle of nowhere. It gave us the afternoon to explore the town, which was a bit hilly. We found a beautiful big temple with lots of steps,... More

We have stayed at the Mercure Narita several times over the past couple of years. We choose to stay in the Mercure because unlike most Narita Hotels it is one of only a couple located in the town; the majority of Narita Hotels are located remotely between the Narita airport and the town and you will need to take a... We were very happy with the Hotel Mercure. The room was very clean and quite large by Japanese standards. It had fridge and teamaker. Very quiet as well, though we faced the street and a construction site was nearby. At points in the day it was a bit stuffy. Bed was, well, Japanese. We were fine with that. I was... More

This hotel is to stay just one night in case of early flight. Is located in fron of Narita city train statin. You can jump in Narita airport terminal 1 or 2, then get local train at same platform and return to Narita city. Is located at Heath of a small city named Narita. Please note that the hotel is... Never thought I'd be writing an excellent review for a Mercure, but here it is! After 5 weeks of travelling across Russia, China & Japan we picked this for our very last night. Just wanted somewhere close to the airport representing good value. It certainly did this and lots more, as Narita has a really characterful centre, with some great... More

I stay here because I have no choice. The hotel is in need of a major refurb it hasn't been touched in years. My rooms melt awful like really bad sweaty socks and I had the view of the train station(plays strange tunes during the daywhich wouldn't bother me normally except that in front of the station is major building... The hotel has a satisfactory standard, and there are (at least in summer) offers of very discounted rooms (without breakfast), although "not refundable". A part of the rooms is in an annexe, which however can be reached without leaving the hotel. The location is a few tens of meters both from JR and Keisei railway stations, then in very few... More

Just spent the night here. Good location, right between the JR line and Keisei line, one stop from the airport. Couldn't hear the trains at all, or the flights from Narita. Rooms are fine, the bathroom was ok. Though it did have the oldest washlet toilet I've seen in a long time, 1980s-ish. My room, 1001, a deluxe single was... More
