Room is narrow like the most of business hotels but clean. Location is near convention centre and convenient. Service is good.

This is a good hotel with friendly staff and a good breakfast buffet. However, the room I had was tiny and thee is no wifi, not even in the lobby.

Stayed at the Hotel during a major exhibition at the Makuhari Messe. Normally, all hotels in the area are booked, but we got a room through a local travel agent. The staff bent over backwards to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The room was small compared to American standards, but clean and had everything we needed. The hotel is close to train station, so plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Also, only a few train stops away from Disney.
