My wife and I stayed here for 1 night during the winter season. Its located halfway between Otaru canal and the train station (about 10 mins walk from either side). It was very clean and functional. Their staff were very helpful and polite. The room was small but I can't complain for the price I paid.
The hotel was pretty nice and modern. The room was pretty roomy, clean and was certainly nice (see photos). The bathroom was also roomy and clean. Views also nice down the street. Staff were all friendly as well.
It was close enough to the canal and not a far walk but nowhere really would be in Ataru unless you stayed...

Great hotel! The room is stylish, comfortable, clean and tidy. The staff are polite and provide good service. Convenient location too!
This city centre hotel is about four blocks from the main Otaru railway station - just a little too far to carry luggage, but a very short taxi ride. There is also onsite parking available. It is fairly close to the famous “sushi street” and only about five-six blocks from the trendy canal area.
