Stayed here tonight and find that it's not really a bed and breakfast but more of a local hotel with restaurants and proper and big hotel lobby.
There are 2 areas for the onsen, level one which is the smaller one and the one on the 11th floor which is the big one with an outdoor onsen pool too.

This hotel was one of the 3-4 choices provided by ANA's fly and drive Hokkaido package. I checked all the hotel websites and decided to chose this one, mainly because it provided free parking and buffet dinner & breakfast were included.
