I needed an inexpensive one-night stay in Matsumoto and this fit the bill. It's what you expect from a budget chain. The room was clean, the staff polite and accommodating. It's pretty convenient to the train station (about 5-7 minute walk) and in the direction of the castle.

Nice business hotel close to the station. Typically small rooms, but relatively clean and comfy. A great thing was the free! bowl of ramen you get every night at 9:30 p.m. (a bit late, but hey, it's a free dinner)
