It took a few minutes to find, but the earlier review is quite descriptive. The staff are nice and speak sufficient english. There is no wifi but there is free internet in your room and also in the hotel lobby (a PC that can be used for 10 minutes at a time).

A 3-4 minute walk from the Japan Rail (JR) train station but can be a bit hard to find as there are two Central hotel buildings across a lane from one another. You want the one on the east side which is up a narrow lane and to your right and directly behind the west side building.

We were very pleased with this hotel! It is located really close to the train and bus station, where you can buy special sightseeing bus tickets to visit the city. Although the staff spoke limited english, they were extremely friendly, polite and helped us whenever needed. Also, the room were very clean.
