I lover evert minute of my stay in this lovely Minshuku. The food was great and the staff extremely friendly. Downside is the location, but if you can handle à 5-10 minute walk you are in no trouble here. i really recommend this adress.

Pros: Food is great, staff is kind, rooms are basically traditional with hot water and tea provided, tatami mats, etc. Cons: Location.
