Stayed here for 3 nights, great location, friendly staff, comfy beds and pillows and spotlessly clean. The location is excellent for travelling around, right on top of the station and subway. Only had breakfast in the hotel but this was lovely with many choices for food and fresh orange juice. Would definitely recommend this hotel

This hotel is very conveniently located for shopping or getting around. The staff are very efficient and helpful and provide excellent service. The views from lounge on the 36th floor are spectacular and it is a good place to also relax at the end of a day.

We stay at this hotel everytime we are in Nagoya. We love the location as its convenient to the station and stores/restaurants. The lounge is always superb, with the staff often remembering us. A plus is their pool as well. Its always a treat to stay here.

Out of the train then up up up so much lift and walking , I should have stayed at the Nagoya jo.
