The location of the hostel is conveniently located next to a small shopping center that has a money exchange, grocery, eateries, and ATM. The hostel has decent rooms with bathrooms en suite. The garden and pool area is well groomed and very inviting on the hot days. The general area has a pool table, bar, and couches. The Wifi is... More

Fawlty Tower's is a great and very affordable place to stay in Livingstone. Most of the rooms are around a large garden and pool area. We were pleased with our en-suite double room - it was very small but clean and quiet. The location is excellent, Shoprite and some of the best local restaurants are just across the road. Service... Cheap alternate accommodation. To put this in context we are certainly over 40 but would recommend Fawlty Towers if you are on a budget. My wife and I stayed in a room with its own bathroom. Very small, you have to climb over your luggage but it is cheap, clean and all OK. The pool area is good and clean.... More

I've visited Livingstone 4 times and stayed in high-end places but Fawlty Towers was the best, at a fraction of the price. The staff is superb, it's very clean, good hot water, a pool table and a garden paradise. The pool setting is great and the water is perfect around midnight. And you will meet very interesting people of all... More

this was the most amazing place to be!! i want to encourage all lovers and couples to book and check in at Fawlty Towers. The members of staff are friendly, the surrounding is extra clean. The receptionists are very vibrant when it comes to booking activities. I REALLY ENJOYED MY STAY!!

Just to be able to swim in Devil’s pool over Victoria Falls, me and my husband decided to take a tour to Livingstone-Zambia in September’11. As we don’t have much money we searched cheaper hotels and I really can say that Fawlty Towers is the most comfortable just only for USD 45/room. They have cheaper options such as shared dorm... Fawlty or Jolly? Where to crash in Livingstone. Livingstone in south-west Zambia has, for some time now, been gearing up nicely for visitors. The problems in neighbouring Zimbabwe mean that visitors to nearby Victoria Falls are increasingly choosing Livingstone to access the Falls, and simply crossing the border temporarily if they want to indulge in the Victoria Falls Bridge-based activities... Visited Fawlty Towers again for a second time and it still has an enduring appeal. We arrived for a week in the area having booked two nights only, with plans to visit more of the area pretty fluid. We stayed in one of the double ensuite rooms with what must be one of the best hot showers in Africa. It... More

We recently travelled to Livingstone for a couple of weeks for business, and stayed at Fawlty Towers in a private room. We chose Fawlty Towers based on price, and were very impressed - it was great value, clean and comfortable with mosquito nets and a safe, friendly and helpful staff, a funky vibe and a great place to relax (there... This place couldn't be more convenient or pleasant. Every morning there was a free shuttle to Victoria Falls (no return, though), every afternoon there are free "pancakes" (more like crepes), the private room was lovely, there's free WiFi, a great pool, laundry, and helpful staff. It is a backpackers heaven, with a beautiful lawn for camping, a restaurant on site... More
