This is a must go place in living stone even if you are not staying there as they are next to the river and offer a lot of activity .They have a nice sitting place just next to the river where from a far you will see the steam rising from the falls its magical and relaxing.

This is such a great to stay if one is visiting the fantastic Victoria Falls. High end, but worth it. Very nice large clean rooms, less than ten minute walking distance to the Falls. On the banks of the Zambezi river.

This was not our favorite hotel during our trip to Africa but it was very nice. It all seemed a bit dated.....like something out of the 1950s. Good atmosphere though and sunset views on the deck overlooking the river and Victoria Falls were wonderful. We shared the deck one evening with Miss USA and her entourage.

Enjoyed our 3 night stay in May 2013. Only disappointment for a luxury hotel was instant coffee in the room rather than filter coffee. 10 minute walk through the gardens where giraffe, zebra and impala roam free was lovely. I did not realise that it was so close to the Victoria falls, literally 15 minutes walk. The zebras, monkeys and other wildlife share the grounds with you, which is stunning. The food, drinks and breakfast is all great. The rooms are mosquito free, clean, spacious and nice views: through the garden on the Zambezi river.
