Ha An is a very small boutique hotel, with just 24 rooms. In Hanoi and Hue we stayed at similarly sized hotels, 31 and 17 rooms respectively. Stayed here for 4 nights from 2-6 Nov 09 in a deluxe garden view room. Hotel and room were as described by other travellers who had rated Ha An positively. Towels were soft, not gritty and used like those in other 2-star hotels. Shower curtain was changed every 2 days (beat that!). There was even a netbook in my room... more

A really great hotel. Location perfect - garden setting really nice. Wonderful staff and stupendous breakfast selection. Free bikes to head off to the beach and only a stroll into the main town. We got a garden view room on the second floor of this hotel and it was perfect! The room was clean and beautiful, the location was perfect and the breakfasts extremely bountiful! Lovely little touches - room was filled with flowers and rose petals. The fruit in the room was always replaced daily. A small computer and Wi fi in the room as well as a bank of computers in the lounge area. They provided the best breakfast buffet for a small hotel that we had in Vietnam, even bottled water available... more
