Hoi An is at the high end of the budget traveller experience but at £15 per night (low season) for a room with breakfast included we really couldn't complain. The staff at the phuoc anHotel were very helpful from the moment we entered. They provided lots of good advice and were always available to help with anything we needed, even organizing a number of local tours for us.The location just next to the old city is very convenient.The buffet breakfast is excellent.I will stay here again

I stayed here for one week in the Deluxe room in April 2012, this hotel is older but the staff and the friendly service was outstanding, I looked at other hotels but service was poor and unfriendly, well done Phuoc An hotel, 5 Stars for me, I will stay there next time for sure.
