We were pretty disappointed with our stay here. The staff were great, no issues with them at all, but the room that we stayed in was pretty tired. We had 3 lamps and none of their light bulbs worked, there was no wifi reception in our room, we didnt have water at all one morning, the sheets on our bed...

The staff was friendly but was not very helpful due to the lack of English. The room was very noisy but maybe because it was on the ground floor close to the stairways. The buffet breakfast was nice. The room was clean but could do with more maintenance.
No-one tried to pressure us into buying a suit, the staff were very friendly, laid back, helpful and accomodating and very trustworthy too. We got a great deal through Agoda, the breakfast was excellent, the pool good, the location perfect (5 mins walk from the main riverside historic area). I have stayed in Hoi An twice before and this hotel...

Long Life Hotel is a great place to stay. In fact, we have stayed here on last 2 trips to Vietnam.
We had the deluxe city view room for 5 days. Very large airy room, large comfortable bed, room and bedding was fresh and as dry as a bone, nice balcony and huge bathroom with spa bath with very hot...

Really nice looking hotel, very close to the centre of Hoi An (A 5 minute walk from the Japanese bridge). Friendly helpful staff and not too expensive, large spacious room with jacuzzi bath. The breakfast is good too, outside by the pool.

I'm a bit surprised at some of the latest comments as they don't correspond with our experiences. Can't understand the complaints about dampness - it's cold here at the moment but...

We checked out after the first night as the room was so uncomfortable. On first appearances the room looks good and we actually choose it over another one (which we went back to and was fabulous) the room was a great size but smelt of damp and the sheets felt damp and very in cosy. The water only got hot...

We had booked 4 nights here. We left after the first night. The room was damp. Not slightly damp...very damp. Everything felt wet. While we were laughing over our horrible choice they brought us damp nuts. The bathroom was so dirty we did not shower and slept in long sleeves and pants on a bed that more like a cot...

We had booked 2 nights at Long life hotel (different from long life silk or Long life riverside, although owned by the same people) but the whole place was such a joke, we found somewhere else after the first night.
- The room was way overpriced for what it is.
-The room was in dire need of cleaning.
-The whole...
