The staff was friendly but was not very helpful due to the lack of English. The room was very noisy but maybe because it was on the ground floor close to the stairways. The buffet breakfast was nice. The room was clean but could do with more maintenance.

No-one tried to pressure us into buying a suit, the staff were very friendly, laid back, helpful and accomodating and very trustworthy too. Long Life Hotel is a great place to stay. In fact, we have stayed here on last 2 trips to Vietnam. We had the deluxe city view room for 5 days. Really nice looking hotel, very close to the centre of Hoi An (A 5 minute walk from the Japanese bridge). Friendly helpful staff and not too expensive, large spacious room with jacuzzi bath. The breakfast is good too, outside by the pool.

The Long Life is one of the friendliest places we've stayed in Vietnam, we stayed here on our way north earlier this month and are back again going south.
