We stayed two nights in Dec, found the staff really friendly and helpful, sorting out train tickets, bikes, taxis etc. Brrakfast was included and delicious. The room was clean and nicely furnished but you could hear the noise from reception and street so try not to get ground floor front rooms. Also no windows. More
