My extended family of 10 are staying here in 3 adjacent rooms. I believe that this is a 3 star resort. All the room decor is quite dated but clean. This room has only a view over the driveway. Hoi An Beach Resort isn't quite what I was expecting but I was happy with our experience there over all. It's not on the beach, but across the street from the beach and the Hotel has it's own private beach area which is great. No more than 3 stars for this hotel. Beautiful views to the river, but not the sea. To go to their private beach you have to cross the street. Wi-fi in the rooms, and free internet in the lobby. We stayed at the Hoi An Beach Resort for five nights after the River Beach Resort was closed due to typhoon damage. We had a River View Villa (ground floor) and highly recommend this room. We had a second floor room overlooking the river. It was fine, very clean and with a nice view.
