Nice rooms, very clean and a beautiful pool and beach in front of you. The hotel is undergoing construction and the noise was a bit annoying so if that will bother you, I suggest you contact them to see when construction is completed. By far the best part of the stay was the amazing hoi an noodles and rose dumplings... More

We stayed here for five days, after repeatedly extending our stay! Being off-season we almost had the place to ourselves, had a room upgrade and price reduction as a summer promotion - the value was excellent. The staff are all friendly and attentive, the rooms villa style, most with a direct view of the beach. The pool is big and... More

After weeks of travel and sight seeing, 4 days at this hotel was the best. The food was excellent, the service was outstanding, the ambiance was over the top. The rooms were quiet and luxurious, the pool and amenities, (pool tables, game room, library, internet access) were wonderful, could not ask for more. This hotel was the highlight of a... More

The highlight of traveling from Hanoi to Phuket. Very friendly staff, great breakfast. Massive pool and beachfront location. We hired scooters to get into hoi an @ 5 min ride. Only negative was resort renos with some noise during day but it free upgrade to deluxe room away from lobby renos. I could not fault this resort and will be... More

This is a great place if you just want to chill out and wind down Great staff great food and fantastic facilities. There is a nice big pool that never gets to busy. The staff are very helpful and seem genuinely friendly. Great room on the beach with a fab view of the islands. The shuttle bus is a great... More

Our room was lovely although the big dips in the mattress were a bit off putting initially but didn't stop us sleeping well. The pool was lovely although the water was a bit warm for my taste. Breakfast was nice but nothing special. The hairdryer was almost useless and really annoying to have to hold a button down all the... More

This was the most amazing resort, we had a large comfortable room with a king size bed and sea views. There was plenty of storage/hanging space so we didn't have to live out of our suitcases for 4 days. The rooms were spotless as were the public areas and gardens. All the staff were very pleasant, helpful and efficient and... More

The pool, beaches, grounds and very friendly staff are the perfect counterpoint to the heat and commerce of Hoi An. I can't imagine anyone not enjoying their stay here. Probably no need to spring for the most expensive suites, the mid-range ones were quite nice. The food was only ok, but the rest of the experience more than made up... More

Great place to end a tour of N Vietnam. Service at its best and maintains the standards of the Victoria brand. Hoi An is reclaimed from a mangrove swamp and gets stifling hot during the day. As one of the few hotels on the beach, Victoria benefits from the sea breeze and the pool bar is a pleasant place to... More

What more could you ask? Luxury, low rise hotel set on pristine white sands with crystal clear sea only a few yards away. We were upgraded from a deluxe beach-front room to a beach-front junior suite on arrival (I think because they were refurbishing the rooms but who cares). The rooms are well-appointed with lots of lovely touches (umbrellas, kimonos,... More
